Service Details

Our housekeepers do all household chores such as daily cleaning, ironing, laundry, dishes, meal preparation, guest reception support. Job description can be customized according to your needs.

Our childcare workers can care for all children aged 0-12. We offer a wide range of services from baby care to activity and homework support for school-age children.

Our elderly caregivers do not provide medical intervention, but they provide daily living support such as medication time reminders, basic care support, accompanying hospital appointments. We refer to healthcare personnel for medical situations.

Our live-in staff undertake general home management duties such as home security, daily cleaning, meal preparation, garden care, pet care (upon request). Job description is shaped according to your needs.

Contract and Payment

Contract periods are flexibly determined according to your needs. Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly contract options are available. You can terminate the contract at any time.

You can pay by cash, bank transfer, EFT or credit card. Payment is taken at the beginning of the month for monthly contracts and after service for daily services.

In monthly paid contracts, refunds are made for unused time. No fees are charged for cancellation of daily services.
